For the first time Sergei entered a restaurant kitchen when he was just 15 years old. Since that moment his love for cooking began.
Every chef has his own unique cooking style. Sergei characterises his cooking as pure, with bright colors and harmony on the plate. For him, these are the ideal structure elements that ensure the perfect appearance of the dish.
