Castle with great history and unique location
Keila-Joa castle Schloss Fall is located only 32 km from Tallinn, near the sea and is surrounded by a beautiful park and offers a picturesque view of the Keila-Joa waterfall. Because of the falling water, the gem of this protected area was called "Schloss Fall".
In the castle main house we have 5 luxurious suites, French cuisine restaurant and a museum which consists of the castle history and different seasonal exhibitions. Next to the main building is the small manor house where we have 14 delux rooms and 2 suites. In addition to the accommodation we also have a special hall for seminars and a church for concerts and ceremonies. The entire hotel complex accommodates up to 48 guests.
With its unique location, the castle is ideal for organizing various events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, business meetings etc.
Our Story
Keila-Joa castle is a family owned business that started from the love of beautiful nature and historic architecture. The castle was bought in 2010 when the building was in very bad shape, it had been used as a military base for years and after that it stayed empty, waiting to be renovated.
Our biggest mission was to give the castle a new life by renovating it as truthfully as it was originally built. We wished that guests visiting the castle could also enjoy the rich history it has to offer. All the interior and furniture in the castle halls and suites are well chosen to compliment the building.
Since 2013 we are opened to guests as a place where to organise different events such as weddings, birthdays, receptions and seminars . The castle-hotel has total of 21 rooms for accommodation, French cuisine a´ la carte restaurant and a museum with the castle history and seasonal exhibitions.

Castle’s Surrounding Area
Keila-Joa Castle is located 32 km from Tallinn, in the beautiful coastal area of Keila Parish. For over centuries the whole region has been a popular place for recreation and leisure.
Famous Estonian composer Arvo Pärt Center, small boats and yacht marina in Lohusalu, which cleanliness and environmental performance has been considered worthy of the blue flag for many years, and a large spa complex in Laulasmaa are all located near Keila-Joa Castle. From the windows of the castle the quests can admire the majestic park and in the background one of Estonia’s highest and most beautiful waterfalls. There are also many long, clean white sandy seashores in the immediate vicinity. Local hiking trails, a surf school, and the internationally renowned Estonia’s oldest golf course – Niitvälja Golf, offer possibilities for active leisure. Within a radius of twenty kilometres there is a number of lighthouses with a long and distinguished history, restored manor complexes and historical sights.. Just as in Keila-Joa Castle, a variety of different open-air concerts take place close by during summer.
