Private Dining
In the main house of Keila-Joa Manor, where timeless elegance meets historic charm, Schloss Fall offers an intimate and refined setting for truly memorable moments.
Culinary experiences are crafted by prior arrangement for our guests and for those wishing to mark special occasions or host distinguished gatherings.
During the off-season, dining is available to accommodated guests by prior agreement whenever possible. Should an on-site dinner not be arranged, we are delighted to recommend nearby fine dining venues and assist with reservations.

Dmitri is the winner of the Estonian Chef Championships “Chef of the Year 2014.” Among other achievements, he has served as assistant chef for the Estonian team at the Bocuse d'Or competition and later earned second place in the Estonian qualifying round.
Immediately after graduating from culinary school, Dmitri moved to England to work in a restaurant, and he gained his first experience as a head chef at the age of 24 in Moscow. He has also proven his skills in many Estonian restaurants and is currently the head chef of Art Priori and Puri.
The golden rule of Dmitri’s culinary philosophy is high-quality ingredients, clean flavors, and dishes that are easy to understand. His main seasonings are salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar.
